--------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice)
Taraaam.. as i ever read. Fried rice has been selected of 50 best food in the world. waw ((: haha
But what recipes are you follow in your home? hmm. This is my personal recipe. a very home made fried rice made by vanessa chef ((: (you know who).
This is lemonade fried rice with barbeque sauce :
- a plate of rice
- 4 dices of lemonade
- green chilly
- slice of onion
- sausage
- salt
- half spoon of soy sauce
- 1 spoon of instant bbq sauce ( Del Monte sauce)
- 1 spoon of oil
The taste? Hmm i made local but my brother give me 9 from 10 for the score. Yuhu. The taste might be vary depending on the hands and the heart who were cooking ((:
2. Nasi Jamblang (Jamblang Rice)
What is Jamblang? For local tourist in Indonesia, this food already has its heart with EMPAL GENTONG or NASI LENGKO H.BARNO in Cirebon town. A very unique packaging with Jati Leaf give the rice different taste sensation. This one is not my homemade. I bought this as my breakfast before going to work near Krucuk Bridge cirebon. If u come to Indonesia, especially Cirebon. You can pick one of some famous Nasi Jamblang such as Nasi Jamblang Pelabuhan near Cirebon Port, Nasi Jamblang Ibu Nur near Grage Mall, Nasi Jamblang Ibad Otoy at Cipto Street ((:
3. Risol Mayo (Rissoles Mayonnaise)
Usually, homemade risol made with vegetable and slice of beef inside. But this home made rissole (again made by Chef Vanessa) made with slice of sausage, mayonnaise, egg, and lil sauce. The taste is soooooo PETCAH!!. Haha its not fair rite for praising my self food but the truth is this is one of my lil brother fav meal. He ask me to make this again and again after sausage. Haha
4. Potato and Beef Sausage
No secret recipe needed for making this meal. Don't buy instant potato because its expensive. U can buy a potato from traditional market and still can have the same good taste like when you bought instant potato in supermarket. The tips from me is, after you peeled the potato and slice similar like below picture, try to boil them with hot water for about 3 minutes to make inside potato slice more soft but not until the outside part. Then you can fry it. The way after u bite it, the inside of potato feels like melted ((:
5.Holy Crab
OH.MY.GOD. Seafood is one of my favorites. Aaaaaaand i just found a very tasty and cheap crab i ever eat. Sounds LEBAY? i guess no this is the truth. You can eat one crab with only 20k ($1.5). This is not a home made. I do ta bao (take away) and eat more. This place which sell crab named WARTEG BERKAH JAYA. I was very suprised because its more than my expectation when my mom give us to eat in this place while we were passing SUMEDANG CITY. Located next to BNI Sumedang - West Java. If u like crab, do not miss this place. What a heaven. Dont u think the same? you should pay more than $9 for eating crab in the same size in restaurant. Here, u got 6!
Everything of seasoning is mix but balance, i cant give more comments. Please just focus to eat this. haha
6. Mashed Potato with BBQ Sauce
A very home made potato by me. Nothing special but cook with bismillah to get maximum tasty haha. Just boil the potato and mashed it. Give lil white egg and seasoning. Stir it.Then place it into cooking mold. In the end party with bbq sauce ((:
Again my lil bro praise me, he feel like he eat european food haha i was laughing from what he said.
*Psst after i fry sausage, he didn't focus again with my mashed potato ((:
